I have a few way to do this but looking for the best practice. We have a workflow that sends the document attached to an email. It creates an LF attachment that brings the employee directly to that document. Well since we have web client, everyone doesn't have the client on their computer. What is the best practice for attaching a document link to an email in workflow?
