We have a problem with text box annotations added to scanned documents not printing the way they appear on the LaserFiche client screen. Sometimes they are wrapped and sometimes they are cut off even if we stretch the text box to make it bigger. This seems to be an issue with all versions of LaserFiche client, but I've only tested with versions 9.2.1, 10.3.1, and the web client. I've run a lot of tests and can't determine a root cause. I've attached a document with a screenshot of the 10.3.1 client that shows how the annotations look on screen and also how they look when printed.
Any suggestions to correct this or at least be able to see the problem before the document is printed?
