Hello, we've begun using text box annotations on some of our scanned documents. LaserFiche client version 9.2.1 appears to not print text boxes that are rotated 270 degrees correctly. The version 10.3.1 client prints correctly, but nobody is running that version because of a feature in 9.2 that went away with 10.3 that many of the users use. When printed from 9.2.1 the text in the text box appears to be rotated much more than 270 degrees and consequently gets cut off. I’m hoping there is something we can do in the 9.2.1 client that will allow the annotations to print correctly. I've attached a file that shows a screenshot of what is seen on the screen in the LaserFiche 9.2.1 client and also what gets printed.

I'm hoping not to derail my own thread. See:

Hi Ron,
I don't have an answer for you but do you mind telling about the feature that went away in 10.3.1?

My co-worker just discovered something very interesting that provides us a viable workaround. If you change the fill color on the annotation, the rotated annotation prints correctly! For our workaround we can just change it to white and it should print OK as long as it doesn’t obscure any text behind it.
