Workflow issues when migrating SQL

Does SQL migration affect workflows, specifically when holidays and weekends are excluded?
I mean that if the flows were active during the SQL migration and now you don't respect the fact that you skip weekends and holidays, will it have something to do with the SQL migration?

No, it does not. Stop the Workflow Server before moving your SQL DB to another server. When that's done, go into the Workflow Configuration Manager and update the location of your SQL DB.
