Hello,

Customer is trying to Drag and Drop folders into their LF Web Client, but unable to do so.

I tested myself and I get the following error:

"Folders cannot be imported to Laserfiche. Please try again, selecting the documents you want to import instead."

I looked through documentation and cannot find anything that states you cannot do this in the Web Client.

Would appreciate some insight to this if possible.
