I saw a few posts on this but they were some years old. Was wondering about an update on the ability to attach a document in Laserfiche to a Form or at least as an attachment in the email that a forms task generates.
Use Case:
We have users using embedded forms for invoices. They have the invoice open in WebAccess and a verification form they fill out on the right hand pane.
* User fills out info but needs to get it "approved". This usually means they need some info to finish verification from someone else.
* The approver get the task but approve through email as they are mostly not in the office so they do not have access to the Laserfiche repository (even though they are a Participant user).
* The email they get notifying them of the task contains any of the info on the form... but they need to see the invoice to answer the approval question which is why I want the Laserfiche document as an attachment.
* User simply opens the attachment, figures out the answer, and hits reply with the approval choice and comments.
I don't see a way to accomplish this other than sending two emails, one from Workflow with the invoice attachment followed by the Forms task email (which doesn't seem all that great).
