Workflow - Copy a single document into multiple folders

I need some assistance on setting up a very simple workflow to copy 1 document within Laserfiche to multiple folders that all reside under one parent folder.

Do you need to copy the physical content, or could you just have the content in one folder and shortcuts in the other folders?  Do you need 3 duplicate copies?

You'll have to forgive me as I'm extremely new to workflow.

 

In your post you show SubFolder1 SubFolder2 etc.

 

Does this mean I need to enter in each folder name under the parent folder?  Is there a way for workflow to place the file into every subfolder under the parent folder without having to specify the name of every folder?

Use Find Entries if you just want the first level of folders under the parent or Search Repository if you want all subfolders at any level.
