Locking Down User Account Details In Forms

Hi,

Is there a way to lock a users account details in forms. We have had users changing their email addresses and causing business processes to fail because the email is not right or Laserfiche just doesn't like the email address.

We have 10+ yachts with laserfiche onboard and monitoring failed forms is hard at the best of times with, users changing their details it makes it even harder. We are currently using Forms 10.2 onboard.

The email is locked to the end user if it is pulled from LFDS or Active Directory. If the email is set on the Forms side, the email can be changed by the account holder.

Hi Jared,

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately the email is set on the forms side. The yachts do not have connection to an LFDS and not all yachts have an active directory so we set them up as Laserfiche Repository users and Forms users as default.

With regards to the repository access the users cannot change their details where as in forms they can which can cause problems.
