Querying Salesforce Accounts and Integration in Cloud

Hello all,

 

I am currently trying to create a workflow in cloud that uses our Salesforce Integration. I am trying to just pull all the account details from the list to use later on in the workflow. As far as I can tell, the "Perform CRM Action" only allows you to query a single row from the list using an ID or search value. I'm wondering if there is a wildcard value I could put in the field to pull all the rows or if there is another workflow task that I should be using.

This is currently by design. The activity is meant to read data pertaining to a document from Salesforce or update data in Salesforce based on changes on a Laserfiche document.

Can you tell us more about what you're trying to do that requires bulk updates?

I'm trying to automatically populate a drop-down list in Forms using the information in Salesforce Accounts. The forms process currently has just a manual update/entry of the dropdown fields, but the client wants it automated.
