Editing Custom Form Themes

I'm hoping i'm just missing something very easy, but is there a way to edit then save a custom theme I have already built versus having to "Add to Custom Themes" after I've completed an edit to my existing theme. 

For example our logo changed, the only thing I want to do is update the theme with the new logo, but I don't see a way to save these changes once I've replaced the logo.

When you make a change to a theme, there should be a green button above the form to "Add to Custom Themes". This will save whatever settings you have as a new custom theme that is accessible on other forms.

This is all i have once i'm editing an existing theme. Should i be looking somewhere else?

When you click "Add to custom themes" you can just enter the same name to update the settings for an existing custom theme.
