I would like to include a large bloc of text onto my form at the very beginning. This text would be an overview of whether a potential applicant was eligible to use the form. The remaining portion of the form would be hidden via a radio button/field rules until the checkbox at the end is selected with either yes for i want to continue or no. 

How would I go about including this text into my form. Its something like 2000 words.
