This is still a pending feature request. Currently you must save the form and each attachment to the repository. You can save them to different locations and/or run a workflow to automatically clean up the files you don't need.

Actually this is already possible. You can just leave the "Save as" option unchecked in the configuration for the form portion.

When you do that, it will save the uploads, but not the form itself (I have a process running now that is using this configuration).

What you can't do yet is save the form without the uploads.

I have just configured my form to save form attachments to repository but it  is not save the attachments to the deisgnated folder using the Save To Repository User Task .

Am I doing anything wrong?

Also if you noticed, the business Process diagram, i placed the User Task after the Workflow Service Task that should create a document from the submitted form.

Hi Adeyemi,

The configuration page you show here is for the form, but not attachments, you can configure the paths there in the "Upload_Documents" tab, which should be able to save attachments to desired paths.

Whenever the instance get suspended, you should be able to find some error log when you select the instance id from Monitor page, or you can check in Event Viewer, there must be something relevant. If not, I'd recommend open a support case and let our support team help you figure it out.
