Is there a limit to the number of repositories that can be registered for viewing with weblink?

I am trying to add a new repository using the Weblink Administration utility but the repository i'm trying to add is not showing up in the list. There are currently 15 repositores listed in the Weblink Admin utility so I was wondering if there is a limit to how many repo's can be added.

WebLink is assigned to a LF Server instance, so it will only be able to connect with Repositories on the server it is assigned to.

now, just to clarify, if this is a RIO system that is version 10.2 or lower, that means that each LF server has a limit of 15 repositories which would explain why I can't register a 16th repository for WebLink.
