One of our users is cannot log into Laserfiche web. When they put in their credentials it loads for 2 minutes, then says "The Laserfiche Web Access 10 server has encountered an error and could not complete the request." We tried her account on a different computer, and got the same error. Everyone else can still log in just fine. This user can also log-in to the windows client no problem. We deleted her license, and added it back and then we were able to log in once, but then it gave us this error again later.

Restarting the server seemed to take care of this issue.
Is there just no support for Laserfiche?

The first place to look when troubleshooting errors like this is in the event viewer on the Web Access machine. With a delay that long it sounds like a timeout of some sort, and the error message might give you a hint as to what went wrong.

What was your resolution for this issue. I am having the same issue and it will not reset unless I reboot the server.
