Question

how to turn off doublesided scanning?

asked on July 17, 2019

When scanning from Canon DR-M160 scanner to laserfiche It scans both the front and back of the document even when the back page is blank.  How do I turn this off so it will only scan the front page?

I'm not familiar with that scanner, but some of them have their own blank page removal options that you can turn on.

If you don't want any of the back pages, there should be an option in the Laserfiche Scanning toolbar to change from double-sided to single-side.

You can also add a Page Removal process to Laserfiche Scanning to remove pages below a certain size.

We have just purchased the Canon imageFORMULA DR-M140 scanner. When I did a practice scan, it only captured one side of a two sided document. How do I change either the scanner or Laserfiche to scan both sides? My previous scanner seemed to do this automatically.
