Regards, I have a complaint from a client, the problem is that laserfiche initiates many (more than 40) sessions and does not close them, leaving them inactive.

Laserfiche is using oracle, it has already been updated to version 10.4.1. the problem has been occurring since it was installed in 10.3.0.158.

I have installed Laserfiche Avante, in Windows server 2016 (64 bits), Intel (R) Xeon processor (R) CPU E5698 v3 @ 2.30GHz 2.29 GHz (4 processors), RAM 16.0 GB.

Laserfiche should not open a session and close it when it no longer occupies it? or use a single session?

According to what the client says, the services are LFS and Laserfiche.Workflow.Service, the sessions are in that state and if it closes manually, they are opened again even if there are no users using the system, and no workflow running.
