Set refresh rate in WebAccess per user

Hi,

Is there a way to set the refresh rate for a particular user perhaps with attributes when they work in WebAccess?

We have an issue where there are multiple documents in a folder, they need to verify the document, but then it refreshes and goes back to the top and they lose the document.

There's no way to change the rate. You can disable the feature for some users with the "[WebAccess]AutoRefresh" user attribute (set to "No"). If it's disabled, the user should receive a notification on the refresh button when there is new content in the folder.
