Is there a way to know who has a saved draft in Forms

Is there a way to identify what processes have been saved as a draft?  I have a few Forms Processes that i need to edit and i would like to know how many if any and who will be affected by my changes.

For saved drafts of initial starting forms, there is no way to know if or how many drafts have been saved. For saved drafts on user tasks, Forms can indicate that there are active instances at that step, but not specifically that any drafts have been saved.
