Upgraded to 10.4 and now links to approval forms are frozen (on cell phones)

A user has reported that he can no longer approve forms on his I-Phone via an email link.  This is happening starting Friday, which was our first day on Vs 10.4.1.

We have confirmed that this is not just on his phone and not just this form.  He has tried all the usual, delete the mobile app and reload, check to see if IOS update is the most recent, etc. 

We have found a workaround:  Currently, when clicking on the link, his cell phone opens the form however, the form is frozen and he cannot scroll down to approve, however, he can hit the button for accessing his Inbox (top left) and once in his Inbox he can open the form there and it is unfrozen.

Is this a known issue that is already being worked on?

We have also had that issue and LF is looking into it through our reseller. We found that they can choose to use the desktop version and they are them able to scroll through the entire form.

Which version of Forms are you using before upgrade to Forms 10.4.1? We can reproduce the issue with Forms 10.4.1 and Forms 10.3.1, and it only works well with Forms 10.2.1.

We were on version 10.0

This issue has been identified as a bug in Forms 10.4.1, we have fixed it with Forms 10.4.2: when open the approval page from IPhone, it will use the same page as if you click the task from the Inbox tasks list which will allow you to scroll. Forms 10.4.2 is targeted to release at end of October.
