Hello,

In Forms, I'd like the option to configure a Timer Event attached to a user task using the task start date similar to how we can with the Due Date.

More specifically, I'd like to be able to tell it to wait X days after the Task Start date and for a specific time of day.

Even without the Task Start Date variable, it would be great if I could set it to wait until a specific time "Today" because then I could just use two timers, one to delay until the desired time, and another to wait X days/hours.

My use case is as follows:

We have a process bringing in around 500-1000 form submissions per day with tasks distributed among 13 different teams.

If a user claims a task but does not complete it within a certain time frame, I want to automatically reassign it back to the team.

However, I'd like the reassignment to occur outside of business hours (i.e., 2 days after task assignment at 7PM).

With the available tools, I can interrupt and reassign it to the team easily enough, but it has caused some confusion when it happens midday.

On a separate note, it would be really cool if the BP routing could tell the difference between assigned and unassigned tasks.

For example, if a task is still sitting in the Team Tasks, leave it alone, but if it has been claimed, interrupt and kick it back to the team.

(Maybe an entirely separate feature for "release claimed tasks after X days/hours")
