I have a unique situation where the end user does not have the ability to select a drop down box when printing a document.  I am able to open the same document on other computers and the drop down populates with the different printing options (images, text, zoomed, etc.).  I have uninstalled and re-installed the 10.3 client and the issue is still there.  I thought it may have been the printer causing the issue so I removed the printer and selected a different workgroup printer and it's still blank.    Any ideas?
