Form printing different sizes

So this seems like a bug, but I have a form that shows/hides different fields based on the Department selected (currently two selections).

I also added an HTML print button at the bottom.

However, when I click the print button when the "Fares" department is selected, the size of the form is much smaller compared to the "Supply Chain" department.

You can see the side margins on the Fares one are much larger.

The print button is the exact same field for both departments and the margin settings for the print preview are set to none.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

It looks like my scale is being changed somehow between the two.

When I set the scale to 150, the page looks as it should.

Any ideas why this is behaving this way?

Not sure if this has anything to do with printing but are the Forms Settings the same for the Maximum Width?

So this is technically one form (both supply chain and fares) but the different fields are just being shown/hidden based on the selection. My width for the form is 800
