I think this might be unexpected behavior the Import Agent engine:

- Using Import Agent Configuration Utility I enabled "Recognize files with XML and LSTX as list files".

- I attempted to import an xml file named:  EDOC-0001085-%501!.xml.

- It failed, generating Event ID 8 with a message of:

There was an error running the profile HRC XML Import while importing the file "E:\HRC-LF\XML\EDOC-0001085-%501!.xml". (Could not find file 'E:\HRC-LF\XML\EDOC-0001085-P1!.xml'.)

Note the discrepancy:

EDOC-0001085-%501!.xml  -- Actual xml file name

EDOC-0001085-P1!.xml       -- 'Transformed' xml file name

Note that "%50" is html encoding for "P".

Is Import Agent supposed to be applying HTML encoding to files on the filesystem?
