Workflow Laserfiche Administration Certification Business Processes

While completing the Building Advanced Processes with Laserfiche - Process Automation II, there is a section discussing Business Process Step workflow. In the presentation there is an option to check "Exclude weekends and holidays." Where do I go to specify the holidays?

Those settings are controlled in the Workflow Administration Console. Here is a link to the page in the help file.
