Update location coordinates in WF

Hi,

I am currently working on a WF for getting the GEO Location of a given Postal Code. I am using Google Maps API to get this information using a HTTP Web Request and then reading the returned JSON file. This is working.

What do I need to update on my documents metadata for these coordinates to be used for plotting file locations onto a map? These documents are not loaded via Forms so the location is not automatically applied.

Geolocation is not a metadata field, it's a separate property of the document. You can use the Assign Geographical Information activity in Workflow 10.4.1 to set it.

Oh, that would be the reason. We are in the process of updating to Workflow 10.4.1 from 10.3.

Hello,

I have a customer asking if Cloud workflow has the activities needed to assign geolocation information via workflow from address information in the metadata. Can anyone confirm if this is possible? Thanks in advance.
