URL Scanning "access denied"

Hi,

I'm trying to start the webclient scan directly from a custom URL, the syntax used is;

lfwa80: // scanning / http: //localhost/laserfiche/App_Services/ScanningService.asmx? r = DSOLORZANO,

something that should be easy, however we are receiving the error "Access is denied".

We are entering with laserfiche admin user, if we try to scan normally from the webclient we have no problem.

Any ideas to help us?

We have tried different machines, in different environments and always the error is the same.

The version of Laserfiche is 10.4.1.35

Your URL has spaces in it. I assume those are not there normally? You're also using "localhost", so this is only expected to work on the same machine where Web Access is installed.

Have you tried adding the "c" or "b" parameters to indicate whether you want standard or basic mode?

Scanning via URL doesn't seem to be supported any longer. I asked this question a few months ago as we were attempting to use it.
