Currently use web client 10.3 (10.3.1.98) and when opening a PDF, getting the open document prompt of "Edit or View".  Is there a way to set a default to view and not have the prompt?  Most of the documents are going to be PDF's and won't be edited anyways. 

Users are annoyed with this prompt coming up every time they want to view the document.  I know they can view the document in the preview, but that's a different battle for a different day...
