On 10.4 web client. It seems every time we go to save a new document to the repository, this error first comes up, and then we are required to reattach the repository. Now I have admin rights so not even sure why this comes up... we then need to be re-attach and go through the login details again...

Hi Denny, Please reach out to your VAR to get a support case opened. Being continually prompted to reattach your repository is unusual behavior, and going through the support desk will enable the team to review logs and hopefully find a solution soon.
