Conditional tasks being ignored

So using the Conditional Process in quickfields,

I run it on a document, the conditions are satisfied but then it doesn’t run the PM Aderant Code or LU Aderant Code within the Condition token…. I look at the output and it processes the conditional process 16 times on page 19 when the document is only 18 pages long, but doesn’t do anything else ?

Is this a bug?
