Question

Application not unregistered successfully: The given key was not present in the dictionary. (LFDS8)(LMO0)

asked on June 26, 2019

Hi everyone,

I was experiencing difficulties setting up LFS and windows client on one of our clients workstation but got it to work after a few attempts. The problem is that when I go back to the LFDS, I see 3 instances of LFS on the same server - I guess these were created during the failed attempts.

Now when I try to unregister these instances, LFDS throws the error "Applicatio not registered successfully: The given key was not present in the dictionary. (LFDS8)(LMO0)". Has anyone experienced this error and if so, how do you go about unregistering the duplicates. The blue boxes below are the problematic instances.

Please restart the Laserfiche Directory Server service, then try again to unregister these instances.

Hello Kentaro,

Did the restart fix the issue?

We have a user in the same state.
