Question

Text Next/previous button changed after adding a concatenate field

asked on June 26, 2019

Hello,

I added a field with a function that concatenates the answers of a check box list. My checkbox list is on page 2 of my form and I added this field on page 3.

I was a little suprised to see that it changes the text of the next/previous buttons on page 3 with the results of the field (see attached).

Is that a bug ? I do not really understand how adding this field can change the buttons.

Thanks !

Hi,

I cannot reproduce it with your description. Could you please create a support case for it and attach the process you use to reproduce the issue.

Thanks.

Hello,

I am not familiar with the process to open support case. Does it need to be done by our VAR on our behalf?

Thanks.

Sorry, I didn't notice that it is not easy for you to create a support case. In order to resolve the problem, could you please answer the following questions:

1. Which forms version are you using?

2. Does the form have any customer js or css, if so, try to remove it and see if anything goes well.

3. In step 2, if the form has customer js or css, could you please provide it to me

Thanks.

Hello,

Thanks to your question, I just realise that a previous Javascript code was impacted by this new field TEST  (the initial #q was not more the good one in the script) so it was what created the issue.

Thanks and sorry I do not realise it earlier.
