Hello,

Thanks for providing detailed screenshots and information!

These concerns are all already on our "to-fix" list for our next major release (or are working as intended):

  • There is a built-in organization, "Root", which is included in the count, hence it shows "2" for Root + the organization you created. Root was not displayed in the UI until 10.2, so if you used LFDS 10.0 or 10.1, this would have been a change for you.
  • The user count bugs are being addressed --- both the part where it only counts the current page and where it occasionally displays zero.
  • The user filter/search will have several improvements to the icons/buttons to make them more intuitive.
    • Until our next update, you must click the "Filter" icon, select/type your criteria, then click "search"
    • We will also support hitting [Enter] as a way to run the search
  • The "remaining licenses" is counting the current license you have selected as "in use" and should be consistent across the site (such as when adding users). This behavior is unchanged from LFDS 10.0, so we are unlikely to modify it now.

What did change is whether or not we defaulted to having the "full" license type selected for named devices.
    See below:

It seems like you have a good understanding of the current bugs. Are there still specific license management actions you are unable to accomplish?

I understand that display issues and confusing UI can be very frustrating, and I want to ensure that I am not missing any additional or functional problems in addition to the screenshots you shared.

Thank You, Brianna!  This really helps.  Filter then search - Got it!
