File size limit upload via Mobile App

Hi,

 

What is the maximum size of a document that could be uploaded via Mobile App?  We have a user that is not able to upload a 33MB document.

I apologize for the late response.

We tested this scenario, and we found that 33MB is still an acceptable size for upload.

However, we noticed a problem within the file upload process that can cause long wait times for file uploads. We are investigating this issue and will hopefully have a fix for the next release.
