We are implementing a new Forms process and I'm finding it extremely problematic that we cannot add "Instance Start Date" as a sortable column in the task views.

Task Creation Date and Date Assigned can both change if a task is reassigned by a Team Manager or rejected back to a previous step, so they are not viable options.

For our process, tasks need to be completed based on when the form was submitted, regardless of any subsequent steps, so it is critical that this be based on the start date of the overall instance.

As a workaround, we are going to use due date, but I was a bit surprised that start date wasn't an option and would like to see it added.
