Unable to find assembly 'EntityFramework,

Hi,

I have upgraded from LF ver 10.4 to 10.4.1 to test the new features. Unfortunatelly I am not able to upgrade the Forms database and I am not able to enter into Forms without upgrading the Forms DB. When I try to upgrade it tries to upgrade then posts a framework error ( Unable to find assembly 'EntityFramework, Version=6.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089'.).

I have attached all the screenshots and the event viewer errors posted. Please advise.

Hi Mark,

     Can you please confirm whether there is EntityFramework.dll under C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Laserfiche Forms\Config\bin and its version is 6.1.40302.0? Also can you please check what's be behavior if you create a new database, are you able to go to the Forms Server tab after that? If you still can reproduce this issue after restart the machine, please open a support case with exported event logs for Forms and Application.

Hi Xiang,

I confiim that the EntityFramework.dll is present under C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Laserfiche Forms\Config\bin. I also confirm that am able to create a new database and go t the server tab after that. Thanks

So the issue seems related to specific database? Can you please backup that database , create a support case and provide the database backup for us to do further investigation?
