Hello,

We have customer who is on Weblink 9 SP1(Needs to stay for now due to embedded links in their PDF's).

They have an issue, where if a link it provided to a PDF via just the DocView and ID, it opens as just text in the Weblink Document Viewer.  The user has to click on the download button to open the document as a PDF.

We have looked in the help file and it says go to myweblink and click on the view document options and then click on the standard viewer, but I don’t even see that option.

This view had worked in the past.  We did update them to 10.1 but had to roll them back, due to issues with embedded links in their PDF's (Mentioned earlier).
