I recently took over support of Laserfiche within my company and want to send out an email letting the company know but at the same time I would like to add a link to a form where they can either suggest a new process or let me know of a process that was already in the works with the previous support tech.

I sent out a test email and when they try to use the link it requires a log in, how do I avoid this?
