Bad behavior when uploading documents

Hello Dears,

So one customer is having an issue while uploading documents using the file upload field in Laserfiche Forms Professional.

The thing is, upon uploading different documents for the same type (identity or any other type), the first uploaded document is being attached as many times as the user uploads different documents for the same type.

The laptops/pcs being used are Mac devices on Safari 12.1.1 ( which is supported following Laserfiche's web help files)

Please note that this issue is not occurring on other browsers, only in Safari.

Attached are screenshots including the result using Safari and Chrome.

Please advice.

Which version of Forms are you using? This issue has already been fixed with https://support.laserfiche.com/kb/1014017/list-of-changes-for-laserfiche-forms-10-3-1-update-2 with following item:

On MacOS and iOS, if you change the specified file in a file upload field, the newly specified file will be uploaded, not the originally specified file. (96216)
