Laserfiche web app-Security Software

Hello,

 

We have  customer who has reached out to us with the following Security Software Process Questions:

I am working with a security software as a service vendor which we want to implement in front of the Laserfiche web app.

They are asking the following questions which I am hoping you can help me with.

  1. Can we make changes to the web app front end? For example add javascript tags?
  2. Can we make API calls from Laserfiche’s backend to an external URL?
  3. What are the frameworks and languages used for:
    1. Frontend
    2. Backend

 

Appreciate any insight someone might have for this.

  1. It's possible to edit the aspx pages to add tags.  Without more information it's hard to say if this is a good way to solve your problem.
  2. It's also possible to make an API call in some circumstances, you can read the documentation about "custom actions".
