Upload doc from Repository Client to Form - drag & drop not working

I can't find any recent (within the last few months) information on this. Is the product designed to not allow drag & drop file upload from the repository client into a form?

This is not supported. You need to download the file from the web client (or drag it to your desktop), then you can drag it into your form.
