Cannot connect to the Laserfiche Server while using a Template that connects to an internal database.

We assign templates for some of our documents that are stored in the Laserfiche client and one user's computer does not allow to connect to the Laserfiche server to access the internal database that populates the names associated with the template.  No user accounts can access the database but work on other computers.  Any ideas?

Is the database attached to the forms? and is it attached to the process you are trying to use it on? See the attached image if this helps after the internal Database is connected then add click on the database that is blanked out in the image and adds and remove process will be on the top right.
