I have a potential scenario whereby a Forms Portal customer wants to implement a "hybrid" solution whereby they have one instance of Forms Portal but only have certain processes available to external users (anonymous) and others available to internal users (requiring them to login). 

Is this possible without having two instances of Forms (one standard Forms server for internal use and another for Forms Portal for anonymous submissions)?
