Poor image rendering at full width

asked on June 10, 2019 Show version history

Using Web Link 10, we have noticed that the image appearance is noticeably worse than Web Access or the Windows client, when the image is displayed at full width.  Oddly, as you zoom in the image appearance becomes much more comparable.

Here's an image via Web Link:

And the same image, on the same monitor, at the same size, in Web Access:

Web Access is fine - is there any kind of adjustment we can make to Web Link to get the same appearance?

Update from support:

The issue: In the Fit Width setting, the Weblink image is pixelated in WebLink 10.1.0.60 and not pixelated when view in WebAccess has been confirmed as a known issue. This case is link to bug 107215.

Note:  When viewing at the displaying setting of 100%, Weblink and WebAccess client document viewer displays the same:

As a workaround, please view at 100% until a fix is available for bug 107215.
