FORMS: Show a field when an amount is entered into another

Hi,

Is it possible to show a field based on an amount entry of another? or have a javascript to do this?

Scenario

Field 1: Enter percent amount

Field 2: Approval Required

If Field 1 entry is 15 or more, Field 2 should show, otherwise keep hidden.

Any help is much appreciated!

If you're using Number fields, you can set a Field Rule to show/hide another field when the target field is less than, greater than, etc.
