We have a customer who is experiencing a weird issue on one particular PC using the desktop client. Today, they noticed that new documents won't appear in Laserfiche if they have the folder open - they either have to refresh or open a different folder and then return to the original folder before they can see that the document exists.
The checkbox in Tools->Option->Browser->Settings about refreshing folders automatically is checked. I can login with the same repository user on a different PC and the documents automatically appear without the need to refresh. Any idea what might be causing this PC to experience this issue?
