New documents not appearing in folder until refreshed

Hello,

We have a customer who is experiencing a weird issue on one particular PC using the desktop client. Today, they noticed that new documents won't appear in Laserfiche if they have the folder open - they either have to refresh or open a different folder and then return to the original folder before they can see that the document exists.

The checkbox in Tools->Option->Browser->Settings about refreshing folders automatically is checked. I can login with the same repository user on a different PC and the documents automatically appear without the need to refresh. Any idea what might be causing this PC to experience this issue?

Ended up just upgrading the desktop client on this PC to the most recent version I could and that seemed to fix the issue. Should have done that before making the post.
