We are using Quick Fields Agent with the send automatically option.  We have times when the server gets very busy, and QFA reports issues in sending documents.  The message it reports is "Operation timed out."

What happens is that QFA creates an empty document and then tries to add indexes and pages to the document.  However, when the document times out, it just leaves the empty document.  The next time a given session runs, QFA will store the documents if it can, and then updates the original session accordingly.

However: it leaves the original empty document behind.  The request is to delete the empty document for the times when this sequence takes place.  That is:  If a document cannot be sent in its original session, but can in a subsequent session, delete the first document.
