0 results in a "querydata" activities

Hi all

I have the next question.

I have some workflows that use a some "querydata" activities, however, some times these activities return 0 results.

In the designer pane, if i "test"  the activitie with the same value of the workflow with error, it returns results satisfactorily.

Why this happen? 
I appreciate the help

Assuming you have query criteria, did you check the tokens used in them had the correct values in the instances that have no results?

Are they values you typed into the activity or are they coming from tokens?

Come from "Retrieve Business Process Variables" activitie. 
This previously did not happen.

You should track your tokens to confirm that the values were what you expected.

I have already done it and indeed the data is correct, but the activity returns 0 results
