On start/completion event of query parameters processed?

Is there an event that can be fired either before/after LF Forms has processed the query parameters and set the values on all the appropriate fields?

There are lookupstarted and lookupcomplete events, but they fire for every lookup so you need to evaluate the event.triggerId if you want to do something based on a specific lookup (the triggerId will match the field id associated with the condition portion of the lookup).
