I'm trying to setup Import Agent version 10.3.1.470 to connect to our Laserfiche cloud repository but I'm getting this error even when using the correct ADFS login credential. What could be causing this error. Has anyone encountered this. Please assist, thank you.
Error Message:
"There was an error signing in to the repository. (Failed to retrieve SAML token from the provided session key.)"
