Import Agent (Error: Failed to compare two elements in the array.)

I've recently come across this error on one particular IA profile.

'There was an error executing the profile "Profile Name" while importing from "\\Folder-Path". (Failed to compare two elements in the array)'.

The contents inside the importing from folder consists of PDFs, JPEGs and TIFFs. There are already multiple profiles set up the same way but only this one throws errors and not working. Has anyone seen this before and/or can shed some light as to why this might happen?

The error will specify a path. Is the path valid?

Thanks for answering. The folder path specified in the error is valid. The profile have been removed and recreated but the error would still pop up, so I'm thinking it may have something to do with the files inside

Please open a case with Support so we can look at Import Agent and the files.
